- required deposit bond when you arrive at our place and upon check-in but is refundable immediately upon move-out
- Utilities like electricity and water are separately billed.
- No breakfast but you can order conveniently at nearby restaurant for express delivery.
- All rooms are residential type and no room boy.
- Cleaning of rooms can be done thru request at 10$ per cleaning.
- Check in and check out time is from Monday to Saturday (9am to 11 am and 2pm to 5pm)
- Please inform us 10 days ahead for room reservation so as to know availability and advance rental payment must be made in order to have reservation.
